INGREDIENTS
3 cups flour 10g instant dry yeast¾ teaspoon fine salt 2 teaspoon white sugar3 Tablespoon choice butter or butter ghee (Clarified butter) ½ cup warm milk ¾ cup like warm water 2 medium or 1 large eggGarnish/Sprinkles seseme seeds/white poppy seedsEgg wash 1 beaten egg, use a pastry brush over the shaped cocktail rolls before baking.
METHOD
In a large mixing bowl, soft all dry ingredients, add in butter, mix in beaten egg and liquids and make a soft dough. Place dough in a oiled bowl, cling wrap allow to rise double in size for at least 45-50 minutes. On a floured surface, pull out pieces of risen dough and shape into cocktail sizes. Place these in Swiss roll baking tray, grease with butter and cover with a kitchen towel for another 35-40 minutes. Remove kitchen towel and egg wash the rolls. Sprinkle seseme or poppy seeds. Bake these in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes, until a lovely golden brown in colour.

Sprinkle generously and enjoy with a hot cuppa masala chai.
Ideal with Potroast, veggies and salad.
Freshly baked rolls out of my oven, also best enjoyed with butter, feel how they melt in your mouth, accompanied with a lovely cuppa masala chai, it's absolutely heavenly... Like a little bakery store, those smell of freshly baked rolls, the fragrance lingers on in my kitchen...hmm.. Yummylicious ❤️👌.
