Another of my "WANT Not WASTE Not" creations. Food wastage is a big No No for me. So when I had a little of a Chow Mein dinner left over, I made sure I used the left-overs to make these. These springrolls are super delicious served with a sweet-chillie sauce.
Simply cut up any noodle that may be too long and fill into a spring roll sheet and fold as shown on pack. Perfect little savoury that will wow your guests😉. Find my Chicken Chow Mein Recipe shared on Site before.
TIP OF THE DAY This is something I learnt from my lovely friend Shenaz Suleman (Shukran for sharing this tip💕), when sealing the springrolls edges, Instead of using a flour/water paste, brush the edges with an egg wash. Seals perfectly AND No More Mess, from a burst springroll or flour grits, in the oil when frying👍👌 . ( @foodeva_marsay )
