1 cup raw chicken fillets chopped1 brown bread slice soaked in ¼ cup milk1 small onionGreen chilli to taste 1 egg1 teaspoon garlic pasteSalt to taste1 teaspoon jeera powder.1 tablespoon chopped fresh dhania (coriander)½ teaspoon baking powder
In a food processor, add the onions, green chillies and dhania (coriander). Process till course. Add the chicken and all the ingredients. Process to make a paste consistency.Heat a non stick pan on medium heat with drizzle of oil. Dollop 1 heap tablespoon of the mixture and spread to make a crumpet. Flip once the first side gets golden. Cook the other side the same way. Makes 10.Serve with chutney or which ever sauce you prefer.I served mine with cream cheese and sweet chilli sauce. Enjoy.
