-2 cups chicken fillet(finely cubed)
-2 tbplsn butter
-2 teaspoon green masala
-lemon pepper to taste
-salt to taste
-1 tin sweetcorn
-1 cup red and green peppers (cubed)
-1 small bottle thai sweet chilli sauce (250ml)
-3 small onions (finely chopped)
-2 cups boiled spaghetti
-finely chopped dhania (coriander)
-1 cup grated cheddar cheese
-spring roll pur
1.)cook chicken cubes in butter with green masala,salt and lemon pepper.
2.)when water is almost dried out from the chicken,add the sweetcorn and mixed peppers and cook till dry, leave to cool.
3.)once cooled down add the Thai sweet chilli sauce,chopped onions,spaghetti,dhania (coriander),cheese and salt and pepper if needed(taste).
4.)fill in pur.
5.)dip in egg and breadcrumbs (optional).
