2 cups peanuts unsalted(if salted place on a clean cloth and rubs of the salt) Roast lightly not too long in a pan on the stove
In a seperate potAdd 2 cups sugar2 tablespoon Vinegar¾ cup Golden syrup1 tablespoon vanilla essence1 teaspoon BicarbLet this boil Till you get a thick consistencyAnd it turns to a nice brown colour and it must be very very thick almost caramelRemove from. StoveQuickly add in again ½ teaspoon bicarbToss in the toasted peanutsMix quick Pour quick on a greased foiled Paper and spread.. Flatten with a spatula or Back of a CupPress let it setBreak in pieces and store in a glass jarOptionalOr quickly make clusters and fill in small foil cases drizzle chocolateTIP I used 1 tablespoon liquid gluvose to hardenIt when it didnt set
