Marinate 2lb chicken fillets cut in cubes with:
1 and half tablespoon ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon garlic paste 1 teaspoon Kashmiri Chilli powder 1 teaspoon red flake chilies Salt 2 teaspoon jerro powder 1 tablespoon lemon juice 3 tablespoon tandoori masala 2 tablespoon fresh creamHalf a teaspoon red colourHalf a cup yoghurt
Heat pan add oil , add marinated chicken leave some marinate masala Fry chicken for about 10 minutes keep a side. In another pan add : 80gm butter 1 tablespoon lemon juice 2 garlic clove chopped whole jerro few curry leaves 1 chopped onion
saute onions till brown add 1 cup passata or grinded tomato tin 4 tablespoon fresh tomatoes paste 1 teaspoon garlic paste salt Red chilli powder 1 tablespoon tandoori masala half a teaspoon red colour and left over marinate masala cook for about 5 minutes add fried chicken and let it cook for about 10 minutes add 200gm fresh cream and let it simmer untill u see oil on top sprinkle 1 teaspoon gram masala cook for a bit sprinkle dry Methi (Fenugreek) and fresh dhania (coriander) Enjoy zulekha
