Ingredients 1kg steak cut in pieces
2 teaspoon kashmiri chilli powder2 teaspoon crushed chillie 1 teaspoon chillie powder 1 teaspoon coriander powder 1 teaspoon cumin powder 1 teaspoon tumeric 1 teaspoon tandoori spice1 teaspoon lemon pepper 11/2 teaspoon fine salt
2 teaspoon ginger and garlic paste ½ cup youghurt 2 tablespoon tomatoe paste or puree1 tablespoon vinegar
50 g butter 1 large onion finely chopped
1 cup fresh cream1 teaspoon kasoori Methi (Fenugreek)1 teaspoon gurum masala
METHOD
Method Marinate steak with all the spices, ginger and garlic paste, yoghurt, vinegar and tomato paste. Heat butter. Add onion and fry till in colour. Add steak to onion.Cook on high heat for 5 minutes .Add 1 cup boiling water and cook for 45 minutes or till steak is done. Add fresh cream, kasoori Methi (Fenugreek) and gurum masala. Simmer for 5 minutes.Garnish with chopped corriander. Serve with roti and salads. Once tasted never wasted. Share as received.@fathimas_tasty_treats ❤️🤍
