RECIPE
                      1 chickens disjointed*4 tomatoes- grated2 onions- fried till golden brown( used mum's bought fried onions)2 green chillies( I left it out - cos dhunia chutney has this)3 whole cloves4 whole peppers ( I used crushed black pepper- about 1 teaspoon)3 whole elachie2 tuj (cinnamon stick) sticks15ml - 3 teaspoon red chilliesslightly less 1 tablespoon dhunia powder½ teaspoon turmeric powder2 teaspoon ginger garlicsalt to taste1 tablespoon lemon juice*1 block dhunia chuntneysaffron less than ¼ cup oil ..in fact much less2 table spoon ghee (Clarified butter)2 tablespoon yogurt1 half teaspoon tomatoe paste ( not part of recipe but I used it anyway) 3 potatoe ( I microwaved in packet for 5 minutes/ high- with saffron)
*dhunia chutney - use- 1 teaspooon crushed black pepper-  dhunia - alot- 2 green chilies- 1 teaspoon garlic crushed- ¼ teaspoon jeeru (cumin) seeds- ¼ teaspoon saltjuice of 1 lemon 
liquised/ blend all red items together... 
combine all ingredients together and mix well marinate for a few hours.bake chicken in a closed casserole for 1 hour ( in future I will leave it slightly less about 45 minutes)in 180 oven ( maybe try baking at 140) and I didn't do this step but it ask for for baking it for 15 minutes longer without lid...
