Topping:250g butter3 cups icing sugar 2 tablespoon milk1 tablespoon vanilla essenceCake crumbsChocolate ganacheOreo cookies METHOD:Cake-1. Preheat oven to 180°C. 2. Mix flour, sugar, cocoa and salt.3. In another bowl combine buttermilk, eggs, vanilla and oil, mix well.4. Add wet ingredients into dry ingredients, mix well. 5. Combine vinegar and bicarb. and pour over batter, briskly whisk in. 6. Spoon batter into greased and lined round/ bundt pan.7. Bake for 35-40min or until risen and when skewered removes clean.8. Allow to cool for few minutes, remove from pan and cool further. Frosting & Topping-9. Beat butter and sugar until fluffy, add all ingredients and form frosting. 10. Frost the top, decorate with cake crumbs.11. Pipe on rosettes of frosting.12. Drizzle on ganache. 13. Push in Oreos into rosettes.14. Leave to set then serve.
