INGREDIENTS
Ice-Cream Sandwiches

Chip Ahoy Choc Chip Cookies
Vanilla ice-cream or fresh cream
Choc sauce
Sprinkles
METHOD
Mould ice cream to fit between to cookies.
Drizzle sauce and sprinkles.
Place in freezer to set and serve.
Alternatively whip fresh cream stiff and pipe on one cookie and sandwich with other. Freeze. Decorate and place in freezer again until ready to serve.
Wafers can be used in place of cookies too.
