I adapted the recipe from an online recipe group
1 medium onion finely chopped1 garlic clove crushedSmall piece of ginger chopped2 c milk1 c water1 tin creamstyle corn1 carrot diced or gratedFrozen corn 1 TB Robertson's Aromatic roasted potato spiceHalf teaapon Aromat (a South African Spice)1 TB dried mixed herbs1teaspoon chilli powder1 teaspoon dhania (coriander) and Jeeru (Cumin) powder1 teaspoon turmeric 1 packet cream of mushroom soup1 packet vegetable soupGround green chillies1 TB whole Jeeru (Cumin)1 teaspoon white pepper powder1 teaspoon black pepper powderFinely chopped dhania (coriander)Finely chopped shallot
In a pot heat some oil and butter ( enough to cover a large pot (the bottom)Add in onions and cook until it becomes soft,then add in the whole Jeeru (Cumin). Add in the garlic and ginger and cook till soft,then add in ground green chillies and cook for another minute,taking care not to burn your ingredients.Next,add the carrot and corn,followed by all the spices,as well as the creamstyle corn. Add the soup powders that have been mixed with 1 c of cold water,and add in milk. Stir and or mix well and allow the mix to reach a rolling boil. Once everything is cooked,garnish with Dhani and shallot.

Add in frozen peas and chopped mushrooms if desired
You may also add chopped or grated potato
The creamstyle corn and soup powders contain salt already so I didn't add any further salt.
