RECIPE
Braise 1 finely diced onion in ghee (Clarified butter) with 2 teaspoon ground green chillies and Β½ teaspoon whole jeeru (cumin) and 1 tajAdd in 2 cloves minced garlic 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa green chilli garlic paste 2 teaspoon @purespice_sa khurie masala 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa ginger π« garlic 4 cubed fillets 1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon black pepper Β½ teaspoon white pepper 1 teaspoon dhana jeeroo ΒΌ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)Cook 5 minutes.Add in 2 tablespoon flour. Stir well allowing the flour 2 cook out.Add in 1L milk1 tin creamstyle sweetcorn Β½ cup water.Simmer on low for 10 minutes.
Garnish with chopped dhania (coriander) Serve Piping hot π₯ with fresh rolls & dash of extra Cracked black pepper πΆ
