Boil:1 potato Or sweet potato (I add both)½ butternut I used 1 big 11 big onion3-4 carrotsLiquidise and set aside.
Braise about 1/2kg cubed fillet in1 teaspoon Green masala (I used 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa green chilli paste & 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa khuri masala)1 teaspoon @purespice_sa ginger 🫚 garlic Salt½ teaspoon black pepper½ teaspoon white pepper½ teaspoon whole Jeeru (Cumin)Pinch arad (Turmeric)½ teaspoon cinnamon or nutmeg (I add both)Add liquidised mixtureMix 1 packet of white onion soup with little cold water.Add to the above mixtureAdd 1 tin sweetcorn creamstyleBefore serving add little fresh cream.
When serving add little crumbed/chopped feta and spring onions. I garnished with chopped dhania (coriander) Optional: boiled noodles
