2 piece chicken fillet cubes1 Onion chopped4 mushrooms sliced1 stalk Lemom Grass sliced 1 tin coconut cream 1 tin sweetcorn 500ml fresh creamSalt to taste Grounded green chillies to taste¾-1 teaspoon Exotic Thai spice 1-1 ½ teaspoon soya sauce Fresh dhanaSpring onions
Braised onions and lemon grass until soft, add chicken, mushrooms and green chilies and cook, then add salt, garnish, lemon juice, exotic Thai spice and soya sauce and sweet corn cook until blended, now add the coconut cream and fresh cream, and give it 1 boil, garnish with spring onions and fresh dhana, serve with rolls.
INFO & TIPS
U will need to adjust the salt after adding the creams.
