INGREDIENTS
1 cup finely chopped carrots
2 cups finely chopped cabbage
¼ cup chopped spring onion
3 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
2 finely chopped green chilies
1 tablespoon garlic
1 teaspoon black pepper
5 to 6 cups hot water
2 tablespoon soya sauce
1 tablespoon tomato sauce
2 tablespoon Maggie chilli garlic sauce
1 tablespoon Chinese salt ( optional )
2 tablespoon corn flour
hot water to make paste
1 cup spaghetti break small and boil .
deep fry the boiled spaghetti until crisp .
lay out on a paper towel , set aside
METHOD
in a pot add some oil along with the freshly grated ginger , garlic and green chilli saute on low until you get aroma . now add the carrots , cabbage and spring onions stir fry for about 5 minutes . add water bring this to boil . add the black pepper , Chinese salt and the sauces and allow this to boil on low heat for at least 20 minutes . add the corn flour paste to thicken , bring to boil and serve immediately top with the crisp spaghetti and spring onion
