1 whole butternut-peeled and slicedBring butternut to boil until softOnce cool liquidizeSeparately braise one small onion in ghee (Clarified butter) with 1 teaspoon crushed garlic, crushed green chillies and little while crushed black pepper.Once onions are done (Make sure not to brown them too much) Add cream style sweet corn and bring to boil. Thereafter add the liquidized butternut Add salt and white pepper Add 1 fresh cream Garnish with spring onion and dhania (coriander) (spring onion is a must in this recipe) If you like you can liquidise it after so the corn is smooth or you can leave it as is. I leave it as is
