Mix marinade together and smear over Both sides of fish. Leave for a few hours. In a non stick pan, heat a blob of butter with some olive oil. Dust flour on both sides of fish and fry till both sides are brown and fish is cooked through
Sour cream sauce: 3 tablespoon butter ½ cup sour cream 3 tablespoon lemon juice Fresh chopped parsley Milk to thin out Boil all ingredients and add milk to reach desired consistency
1 punnet mushrooms (peeled) ½ cup cake flour 1 beaten egg with alil milk
Combine: ¾ cup cornflake crumbs 1 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice) ½ teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon chicken spice ½ teaspoon lemon pepper ½ teaspoon fine red chillie
Roll mushrooms in cake flour then dip in beaten egg then coat in seasoned crumbs. Deep fry in hot oil till golden brown.
