Creamy Exotic Mushroom Chicken Alfredo (Using cream and sour cream) Pic cred: Ruhana EbrahimRec cred: @mama_taught_me_well Ingredients:500g ribbon pasta500g chicken fillets (cubed)2 teaspoon green chilli garlic pasteSalt and pepper1 tablespoon lemon juice1 punnet shimeji mushrooms (optional)1 punnet button mushrooms (sliced)1 punnet brown mushrooms (optional)4 tablespoon Garlic butter250ml long life fresh cream1 tub Lancewood sour cream Garnish-Cyprus Parmesan cheese (or cheese of choice)
1. Cook chicken with salt, pepper, lemon and half chilli garlic paste till done.2. Saute mushrooms with garlic butter and remainder chilli garlic paste.3. Add creams and chicken to mushrooms and heat together.4. Boil pasta in salted water till al-dente.5. Swirl pasta in sauce. Serve with parmesan.
