2 eggs ¼ cup sugar 250ml fresh cream 5 teaspoon baking powder flour as needed to form a soft dough.
Cream eggs and sugar well. Add cream and beat a while. Add baking powder and flour slowly to form a very soft dough. Turn dough out onto floured surface, pat to 2 cm and cut into shapes. Brush beaten egg. Bake at 190 degrees for 5 to 10 minutes.
