Chocolate Romany Creams

INGREDIENTS

250gr butter¾ cup castor sugar½ cup oil2 eggs1 teaspoon vanilla essence1 ½ cups coconut2 ½ cups flour2 teaspoon baking powder¼ teaspoon bicarbonate of soda2 -3 tablespoon cocoaMelted chocolate

METHOD

*Cream the butter and sugar till white.*Add in the oil and beat till light and fluffy.*Add in eggs and vanilla.*Add the coconut and sifted dry ingredients and make a soft dough.*Make shapes.*Bake @180°C for 15-20 minutes.*When cool stick together with melted chocolate or decorate individually as desired.
