Chocolate Sauce Brownie – Rich, Gooey & Made on the Stove!No oven? No problem! This soft and fudgy brownie topped with homemade chocolate sauce is cooked in a frypan and tastes better than bakery-style brownies!
Ingredients:For the Brownie:• 2 eggs• 2/3 cup sugar• ¼ cup oil• 1 teaspoon vanilla essence• ¾ cup flour• ¼ cup cocoa powder• 1 teaspoon baking powder• ¼ cup milk
For the Chocolate Sauce:• 1 tablespoon cocoa powder• 2 tablespoon sugar• ¾ cup milk• 2 tablespoon chocolate (any type, chopped)• 1 teaspoon butter
Topping:• Some grated white chocolate (optional)
Instructions:Make the Brownie:1. In a bowl, beat eggs and sugar with a hand whisk until slightly fluffy.2. Add oil and vanilla essence. Mix well.3. Sift in flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder. Fold gently.4. Add milk and mix into a smooth batter.5. Grease a frypan and line it with baking paper.6. Pour in the batter and gently tap to remove air bubbles.7. Place a heavy-bottomed pan on the stove. Preheat for 5–7 minutes.8. Place the frypan inside, cover with a lid, and cook for 25–30 minutes on low heat.
Make the Chocolate Sauce:1. In a saucepan, mix cocoa powder, sugar, and milk.2. Cook until it begins to boil.3. Add chocolate pieces and butter.4. Stir continuously and cook for another 2 minutes until glossy.
Assemble:1. Let the brownie cool, then cut into pieces.2. Place the pieces in a mould or plate.3. Pour warm chocolate sauce over them.4. Garnish with grated white chocolate.Rich, Moist & Full of Chocolate Goodness!
