Ingredients:250g butter¾ cup castor sugar2 tablespoon cocoa powder1 cup rolled oats2 cups desiccated coconut1 teaspoon baking powderFlour (sifted, as needed)
Garnish-Melted chocolateFinely chopped pecan nuts
1. Cream butter and sugar till light and pale 2. Add cocoa, oats and coconut. Beat in.3. Add baking powder, beat in.4. Add flour as needed to make a soft dough.5. Delicately roll out, then cut into rounds, or with donut cutter.6. Place on a lined baking tray, a little bit apart.7. Bake in preheated oven at 160degC for 10-15min.8. Allow to cool.9. Then gently dip one end in melted chocolate and sprinkle nuts or drizzle chocolate and sprinkle nuts in center.10. May dust icing sugar over.
