Sift dry ingredients, add oil, buttermilk, and eggs and beat. Slowly add in boiling water with Vanilla Essence . It will be a runny consistency. Divide equally into 3x 8inch (20cm) pans (please spray and line pans) and bake for 33-35 minutes. Cover with Buttercream or fresh cream and enjoy.
