Peppercream Steaks

RECIPE

1kg minute steak cut into pieces Marinate overnight in:1 teaspoon @purespice_sa ginger 🫚 garlic 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa garlic and chilli paste 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa steak and chops masala 1 teaspoon salt 🧂 2 tablespoon mayo2 teaspoon ground green chillies 1 teaspoon white pepper 1 teaspoon black ⚫️ pepper 2 tablespoon lemon 🍋 juice Cook in butter till done.I pressure cook for 30 minutes.
Cook till all moisture evaporates. Add in 1 red ♥️ and 1 green 💚 pepper cut into strips 250ml fresh cream. Simmer till slightly thick. Garnish with chopped dhania (coriander) Serve with rotis & creamy veggies or potato bake
