Steaks:1 kg fillet steakWashed & drained Add in:2 tablespoon mayo2 teaspoon ground green chillies 2 teaspoon @purespice_sa ginger garlic Juice of 1 lemon 🍋 2 teaspoon pepper 1 chopped green pepper Cook till doneAdd in 250ml fresh cream Simmer till thick Garnish with greens Veggies Steam Veggies of choice Drain. Add in ¼ cup brown sugar 1 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper 50g butter. Simmer
