Steaks | My Recipe

INGREDIENTS

1 kg rump steak cut cleaned
1 tablespoon garlic
1 teaspoon red chilli paste
1 to 2 teaspoon steak and chops spice
1 teaspoon dhana powder
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon Portuguese spice
1 tablespoon lemon juice
3 to 5 tablespoon Portuguese sauce or marinade ( I used Amina's )
1 tomato
Salt to taste

METHOD

marinade steak in the above accept tomato
Cook with garlic butter , add water and cook until tender add the chopped tomato and cook for 5 minutes remove the peels and serve .
