RECIPE
Boil together three quarter cup sugar half cup water till sugar melted ..add 6 strands of saffron and cook.for 5 minutes stirring ..seperately mix togther 500 gram nespray or klim and 1 cup fresh cream..till bread crumbs texture then put in a food processor and process a bit..Add to sugar mixture stirring well.then add few drops rose essence and few drop safron essnce and some.Elachi (cardomom) powder stir and set in a square tray.decorate with colord almnds......
This burfee sets real quick..Do the nespray fresh cream.mixture befre making the syrup this burfee takes less then 15 to 20 minutes to make
