INGREDIENTS

250g softened butter ½ cup icing sugar ½ cup maizena (corn flour) ½ teaspoon almond essence 2 cups flour to make a soft dough (add more if needed)
Make a soft dough. Nozzle out.Bake till slightly golden. Cool.
Icing:125g softened butter 1 cup icing sugar ½ teaspoon almond essence

METHOD

Sandwich biscuits with icing. Serve with a lekker cuppa tea ☕️
