INGREDIENTS
250g butter 
1 cup caster sugar 
¼ cup oil 
1 egg 
2 teaspoon baking powder 
2 cups desiccated coconut 
¾ cup jungle oats 
3 tablespoon cocoa powder
Cake Flour as needed 
                    
METHOD
                      Cream butter and sugar until white. Add in oil and beat well 
Add egg and beat 
Add rest of the ingredients and enough flour to form a dough.
Roll out on lightly floured surface and scrape with a fork, cut ovals and bake at 160 deg in preheated oven for 10-15min until done 
Sandwich with melted chocolate
