Icing to sandwich biscuits:
125g butter125ml confectioners sugar5ml Almond essence
METHOD
Beat butter and sugar until paleAdd in essence and beat againAdd in cornflour and flour and form your dough
Bake at 160 for 15mins
To sandwich the biscuits, beat together icing ingredients and sandwich biscuits together when cool
