INGREDIENTS
250 gr Butter1 cup Castor sugar2 teaspoon Vanilla essence3 tablespoon Cocoa2 Eggs½ cup Coconut¼ cup Oil4 teaspoon Baking powderFlour as required
METHOD
Cream the Butter and sugar.Add in the rest of the ingredients besides the flour. Add enough flour to make a soft dough.Roll out the dough, scrape with a fork and cut into desired shapes.Bake till done.Once cooled, sandwich two biscuits with melted chocolate.Enjoy ❣️
