2 cups chicken fillet (finely cubed)1 tin creamstyle sweetcorn @koofoodsa for πΏπ¦ and @greengiant for π¬π§1 teaspoon green masala1 small onion(finely cubed)1 teaspoon oil2tsps butter2tsps crushed garlicSalt and pepper to taste2cups grated cheddar cheese1/4cup finely chopped spring-onion
Other ingredients:Samosa purEggs(beaten)Crunchy nut cornflakes(crushed)
METHOD
1.) Braise onions in butter and oil2.)Add Chicken,garlic,green masala,salt and pepper and cook till chicken is cooked through.3.) Leave aside to cool then add the creamstyle sweetcorn,cheese and springonion and mix well.4.) Fill in pur as right angled triangles,not normal samosa shape.5.) Dip in egg.6.) Dip in crushed cornflakes.7.) Freeze.8.) Deep fry in hot oil till golden brown.9.) Serve Hot.
