4 bell peppers ( ingredients serves 2)
*1 tablespoon butter
*1 teaspoon chilli powder
* 1 tomatoe grated
*1 teaspoon garlic flakes
*Salt to taste
*1 cup mix veg
*1 chopped up red pepper
*1 chopped up yellow pepper
*1 chopped up green pepper
1 cup fried mushrooms
*1 small green chilli chopped
1 small red chilli chopped up
1 teaspoon garlic ginger paste
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
1 teaspoon beef chilli Aromat (a South African Spice)
Marinate chicken and leave for 3 hours.
Steam peppers till soft but not limp
Cut off tops of peppers and drain out water
Cook 1 cup of rice with butter and salt.
In a separate pot cook chicken pieces with half a cup water until done.(I made 4 pieces serving 2 people)
Melt butter in pot and add all ingredients marked with asterisk into pot and sauté. Add cooked rice to pot and give a few folds till all mixed rogether and colour looks amazing combined! Decorate with fried mushrooms and serve with pot chicken pieces.
