RECIPE
Wash and Marinate 1 kg Cut up ChickenAdd2-3 teaspoon Dhana Jeera mix1 tablespoon Magic Masala 1 Ginger Garlic paste ½ teaspoon Crushed Garlic+-2 teaspoon Kashmiri Chilli powder +-2 teaspoon Akalwaya pickle masala (I blitzed it fine I used less of this)1 tablespoon Lemon Juice+-2 tablespoon Mayonnaise +-2 tablespoon Tomato SauceAdd ½ cup of Dessert cream or Fresh Cream Mix well allow chicken to marinate for +-1 Hour or More Heat ghee (Clarified butter) in the potAdd the Chicken piecesTo the potLet it seal with the marinade keep to urning the pieces Cook on low to Medium heat Keep it juicy not dryAdjust the salt chilli as well as sauces to your taste I garnished with thickly fried Potato wedges seasoned with chips spice And 3 onion rings fried Till light gold And topped with chopped Green dhania (coriander)
