Cubed chicken fillets 1 teaspoon garlic flakes ghee (Clarified butter) 1 tablespoon lemon juice Green masala ½ teaspoon paprika 1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce 1 tablespoon tomato sauce 1 teaspoon red chilli powder Salt/pepper to taste ½ teaspoon dried thyme
Olive oil Sliced onions Green pepper strips
Cook chicken fillets with the above ingredients. Saute onion and peppers in oil until soft. Add into chicken. Add mayonnaise or miracle whip into the filling and mix well. Assemble into pita breads and add grated cheese if desired. Brush with garlic butter and griddle on a hot pan. Serve with chips or salad.
