Sticky Chicken Strips

I used it on strips. It was swiped in no time

RECIPE

Strips:Marinate 1 kg fillet strips in:2 teaspoon @purespice_sa ginger garlic red masala 1 egg2 cups milkSet aside. Mix together:1 cup self raising flour ½ cup maizena (corn flour) Salt and pepper
Dip strips in flour and fry till golden. Boil syrup ingredients and toss together Serve with sides of choice. I served with coleslaw and slap chips 🍟

INFO & TIPS

Sticky sauce for wings. I used for strips

2 tbl chilli sauce
2 tbl Tomato sauce
1 tbl sweet chilli sauce
2 tbl soy sauce
1 tsp lemon 🍋 juice
3 tbl golden syrup
1 tbl honey 🍯
1 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tbl butter
Boil above. Toss onto strips or wings. Sprinkle Sesame seeds
