1 chicken (disjointed/whole)
2 tablespoon garlic
1 teaspoon white chilli powder
1 teaspoon ground green chillies
2 tablespoon lemon juice
1⁄2 teaspoon lemon/ black pepper
1⁄2 teaspoon dried mixed herbs
2 sprigs fresh thyme
1⁄2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon butter
1⁄2 cup fresh cream
2 tablespoon lemon & herb sauce
Marinate chicken and leave in fridge for 3 hrs.
Heat butter, place chicken in pot, reserving extra marinade.
Cook in butter until just done.
Pour remainder marinade over chicken.
Grill in oven, allow sauce to thicken, and serve with corn on cob and potato wedges.
