INGREDIENTS
Chicken fillet butterfliedCrushed garlicLemon juiceOil
METHOD
I used 4 big fillet butterflied and cut to medium pieces.
Marinate the fillet in mochachos spice, garlic and lemon juice
Fry in little oil till brownish but not dryTake a ladel full oil in the same pan and add about 5 tablespoons mochachos chicken spice into the oil and fry for few seconds till it bubbles. Add chicken back into the spiced oil mixture and toss ..
I added it onto q buns with perinaise , lettuce , tomatoe and cheese .. On top of the buns I just brushed with garlic butter and herbs .. Will pop into the oven to warm and melt the cheese
