-1 packet tenderstem baby spinach leaves (wash and drain) -1 ½ cups chicken fillet (cubed) -1 teaspoon green masala -½ teaspoon freshly ground garlic -1 ¼ teaspoon salt -1/4 teaspoon sugar -1 teaspoon red chilli powder -1 teaspoon dhana jeeru (cumin) powder -1/2 teaspoon arad (Turmeric) -3 teaspoon butter and 1 teaspoon oil -1 medium onion (finely sliced) -1 medium tomato (finely cubed)
1.)heat butter and oil in a pot,add the onion and braise till soft. 2.)add the chicken,green masala,garlic,salt,chilli,arad (Turmeric) and dhana jeeru (cumin) and cook for a bit on medium heat. 3.)once chicken is half cooked,add the spinach and tomatoes and leave to cook on low till soft. 4.)sprinkle sugar.
