INGREDIENTS
5 Chicken fillets, cut into cubes2 Large Onions,sliced1 Tomatoes ,grated 1 teaspoon Garlic & Garlic paste,1 Cinnamon Stick2 Cardamon pods(optional..1 teaspoon Chillie powder1 teaspoon Tumeric powder½ teaspoon Jiera powder¼ teaspoon Fisherman’s spice(optional..1 level teaspoon Peanut butter mixed with 4 teaspoon milk and make a paste..¼ teaspoon Lemon Pepper Spice4 teaspoon Plain yogurt½ teaspoon Sugar,‘Adding peanut butter,(this too your dish gives it rich & creamy taste..

METHOD
Add your oil in a large pot on medium high heat ,then add in the sliced onions & cook until golden brown.Add in your grated tomato & garlic&ginger paste, cook for few minutes on the stove.In a seperate bowl add in your chicken cubes with all the spices.Add this to your onion & cook for 5 minutes..Add in the peanut paste, cook until the chicken is slightly firm & your sauce is rich in colour & thick. Add the yogurt lastly & cook only for few minutes & switch the stove off.Serve this with roti /naan, or fragrant white rice & toasted potatoes & mango artchar🌹🌹🌹🇵🇸
INFO & TIPS
Add some lemon slices & handful of peanuts on top this gives a burst of flavour and crunch to your curry👍
Or adding cashews if you like 🌺
