Add in 1 kg chicken pieces Add in 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa ginger garlic red masala 2 teaspoon aminas tandoori masala 2 teaspoon salt2 teaspoon crushed chillies 2 teaspoon chilli powder 1 teaspoon arad (Turmeric)2 teaspoon dhana jeeroo CookAdd in 2 liquidised tomatoes 🍅 ¼ cup Tomato 🍅 puree ½ cup sour milk Allow to cookAdd in 4 ½Ed fried potatoes 🥔 2½ cups rice1 cup waterCook on med till almost dry. Cover with foilSteam in oven 25 minutes.Serve with dahy and kachumbar
