1 skin on chicken butterflied 2 litres water 1 tablespoon garlic 1 tablespoon mochachos spice ½ teaspoon bbq spice salt ¼ lemon squeezed 2 tablespoon oil
Basting :2 to 3 tablespoon mochachos spice ½ cup oil
Sauce :half cup mochachos sauce 2 to 3 tablespoon butter ½ lemon squeezed 1 tablespoon mochachos spice 2 tablespoon mayo
In a big pot add all the ingredients , place the butterflied chicken into the water allow this to boil and steam until almost all the water has dried ( make sure atleast ¼ cup water stil left. also turn the chicken half way through .
take an oven tray which is big enough for the full chicken . place the chicken on the oven dish an pour the remaining broth ( water )
Basting :mix oil and spice . baste on the whole chicken generously .
on the griller in the oven or indoor griller and grill chicken until the chicken skin crisp nicely .baste sauce as grilling .pour some over before serving and leave some for serving for the more saucy eaters .
Sauce : heat up all ingredients
