1kg chicken fillet cut in cubes2 tablespoons oil1 medium onion finely chopped1 teaspoon Sujees ginger garlic1 teaspoon Sujees peri peri masala1 teaspoon chilli powder1 teaspoon coriander powder (Dana)¾ teaspoon cumin powder (jiro)¼ teaspoon tumeric2 tablespoons tomato paste 2 medium tomatoes liquidised with ½ tin whole peeled tomatoes Salt to taste
Cook steak till done adding water as needed. I cook in a pressure cooker for 20 minutes.
Use as needed.
You can add tomato sauce I just used as it.
