Mochachos inspired chicken
4 fillets slit length wise.
Marinate your 8 pieces with 2 teaspoon Mochachos lemon and herb spice, 3 tablespoon mayonnaise, coarse red chill powder, salt, tumeric, 2 tablespoon lemon juice, 2 tablespoon nandos bushveld sauce. Brush griddle with olive oil. Cook on griddle. Till done. Serve with mochachos whip.
