1 liquidised green pepper Cook 10 minutes.Add in 6 fried potatoes ΒΌed.Add in 3 cups rice2 cups water.Cook 15 minutes on medium heat.Cover with foil and steam in oven for 30 minutes.Serve with salad and dahy
