For the sauce : Handful spring onion 1 onion chopped and opened 2 dry chillies 2 sliced fresh green chilli 1 teaspoon crushed garlic 1 teaspoon red chilli paste . ¼ cup Jojos chilli sauce 2 tablespoon soya sauce 2 tablespoon tomato sauce 2 tablespoon vinegar Salt to taste ¼ cup water
Marinade chicken with all mentioned . Deep fry chicken until golden do not over crisp .
FOR THE SAUCE ; In a wok add some oil . Add the garlic , red chilies , green chillies , red chilli paste , Spring onion and onions and sauté on medium heat until you get the Aroma and the onions are slightly soften , add the sauces and water and simmer . Add the fried chicken and toss . Let the flavors infused . Serve with rog ne naan .
