INGREDIENTS
4 potatoes boiled and slices
250ml fresh cream
1 teaspoon Robertson rustic garlic and herb
1 teaspoon Robertson lemon and herb
¼ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon portueguese spice
1 onion fried golden and crisp
METHOD
Layer potato in a dish sprinkle salt
Add all the spices to the cream. Sprinkle all the onions and bake until cream simmers , do not dry not the cream .

Onions give it added flavour and crunch .
