500ml milk 1 ½ tablespoon semolina 2 eggs, separated ½ tin condensed milk
Nestlé cream Can of peach slices Chopped pistachios Grated chocolate
Bring the milk and semolina up to a boil in a saucepan, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and let cool. Beat in the egg whites well then beat in the yolks. Add the condensed milk and mix well. Pour into a greased baking dish and place into a water bath (tray filled with water). Bake in a preheated oven on 180 for about an hour until the top is brown. When cooled spread nestle cream and top with peach slices, pistachios and grated chocolate. Serve chilled.
