INGREDIENTS
1 kg prawns
peri peri oil
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
½ teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin)
½ teaspoon tanddpri spice
1 teaspoon fine garlic
1 teaspoon crused garlic
½ teaspoon ginger
red or green masala
1 tablespoon mustard
1 tablespoon mayo
1 tablespoon tomato sauce
1 tablespoon peri peri sauce
lemon juice
marinade atleast for 1 hour
sause :
½ cup fresh cream
1 tablespoon mayo
2 tablespoon tomato paste
2 tablespoon steers peri peri sauce
1 teaspoon steers sweet peri peri sauce
1 tablespoon steers hot peri peri sauce
METHOD
cook prawns in butter few blocks butter .5 minutes before nearly cooked add sauce and simmer , serve immediately
