INGREDIENTS
1 kg Crayfish with the Tails or Prawn Tails 2 tablespoon Oil2 OnionsGreen Pepper (chopped) 3 Tomatoes (Grated) 1 teaspoon Chillie, Borrie, Jiera2 Heap teaspoon Durban Masala1 teaspoon Garam MasalaSalt to taste Quarter Cup Lemon juice3 teaspoon Chillie Sauce3 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce(optional)3 Green Chillies2 Stick Cinnamon 2 Kardamon Pods 1 & ½ teaspoon Garlic (Crushed) 2 Curry leavesDanya 1 Cup water
METHOD
In a large pot add the onion, pepper, tomato & braise until golden.Add the garlic & all the spices & salt, cook for few minutes. Add the lemon juice,sauces, curry leaves & crayfish with the tails (cut into pieces) added( lastly) to the pot. Cook for few a minutes until the crayfish turns pink. Then you know is done. Garnish with fresh Danya.Enjoy with 😊Naan or Rice & Artchar on the side.
INFO & TIPS
Can also make this variation with 1 kg Prawns then add some delicious fish to it.
